Double, even triple down on organized communication internally

Long gone are the days of the Red Book reading assignments at beginning of your shift.   Using Slack, Teams or any of the likes will greatly improve your communication and share info to the folks who need information the most... the Front Line. 🙂  

Specialized channels for:

  • Training and Development topics
  • Idea tracking
  • Changes to be aware of
  • In-House Guests

You can also use the same apps to track projects, approvals and bring about some efficiency gains.   Most apps like this have a free tier too, so you dont have to worry about cost... at least to start.
