Video Messaging with Guest - Especially VIP

Text has become a huge platform when it comes to hotels interacting with their guest but what if they mimicked the old check-in experience with a front desk agent via video.  This could be an option for guest that want to ask specific questions or need a personal touch.  This could also just be used for VIP loyalty level guest to welcome them back to the property or just create a personal touchpoint to further increase loyalty.

This is a really cool idea! At the very least an OPTIONAL way to do things, as we all get busy and maybe we just want to check in via mobile in the Uber on the way from the airport so we can get on to our next thing!

This idea really neat. For people who want to avoid in-person interactions, this gives them a contactless experience without sacrificing personal interaction--unlike text messages, you can actually see a smiling face. And post-pandemic, video messaging with guests can certainly be used to provide VIP-level service that's more personal than a phone call or a text message.
