it seems to me from the targeted marketing that I receive on my cell phone, emails and regular mail that information exists about me that is being used to market to me -- why cant hotel companies use this same information to offer me service/experiences/etc?
So funny, I just made mention of my birthday experience on another thread in here. TOTALLY agree!! And it doesn't have to be about savings - how about a reservation at a PRIME time? Or some unique spa package that don't publicize? You have a "secret menu" let me see THAT for one evening!
Could this work into a tiering system, so at a certainly loyalty tier I get to pick from the loyalty options I want?
