Just Listen

It will be more important than ever before to give our employees the tools they need to provide feedback about their experiences in real-time. Gone are the days of asking employees about their experiences once or twice a year. We need to enable our teams to provide feedback and give the organization the ability to act on that feedback as quickly as possible. Our employee experiences are evolving in real-time and we need processes that evolve at that same rate.

Extending this to ACTIVE listening, data comes in, analyzed for top 3 things mentioned, top 3 things to action, and communicate out quickly on stances on those things. Even if something can't be acted on, acknowledge it and let them know what CAN be acted on!
